  • Butter - 100 g
  • Fish (I have a lightly salted trout.) - 200 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Mustard - 2 teaspoon

How to cook fish snack cheese step by step with photos


Products needed.

Chop the fish (I did it in a food processor).

Add the cheese and mustard, if the fish is low in salt, add more salt to taste.

Combine everything with melted butter and mix well.

Chill in the refrigerator. Shape into fish and decorate.
