Ingredients for fish snack with peas:


  • Fish (Perch, hake, pollack) - 650 g
  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • Gelatin - 15 g
  • Green peas (Canned) - 150 g
  • Mayonnaise - 120 g
  • Greens - 1 bunch.

How to cook fish snack with peas step by step with photos


Soak the gelatin in 90 ml water. I used a special mix for fish jam this time. Boil the eggs. Grate them on a coarse grater. (I used a Galaxy food processor)

Boil fish in salted water. Strain the broth. We need 500 ml, in which to dissolve the gelatin.

Deseed and chop the fish. (I used a Calaxy food processor)

Finely chop the herbs (you can use dried herbs). Mix everything. Add broth and gelatin.

Pour into a bowl, preferably pie size. ( I have a 6 inch) Put it in the fridge until it hardens.

Take out of the dish. ( But you can also leave it in). Bon appetit.
