Fish snack with pineapple

This is my Daddy's favorite appetizer. I make it for every holiday. Try it!
Ingredients for Fish snack with pineapple:

Fillet of Fish
(Hake or other similar fish)

1 kg

Onions
(Large)

2 pcs

Ketchup
(Shish kebab, or 50% shish kebab and 50% chili)

300 g
-
Pineapple
(Canned, I have in rings, 560 g)

1 jar.

Vegetable oil
(For frying)

Black pepper
(To taste)
-
Salt
(To taste)
How to cook fish snack with pineapple step by step with photos

Peel onion, cut into half rings. Fry in vegetable oil. Let cool |

I didn't use fillets, I used a whole fish. Peel. Slice into chunks. Salt. Fry in vegetable oil until softened (breading is flour).
If you used filet, after it cools down tear it into small pieces by hand.
If you used whole fish don't forget to remove bones. |

Chop (dice) the pineapple.). Mix fish, onion, pineapple, ketchup. (we like it spicy, so I use two types of ketchup. Add black pepper and salt to taste. Done!! |
