Fish snack with rice

A quick mini appetizer inspired by Japanese sushi canapés, the perfect entrée to any meal or snack for alcoholic beverages!
Ingredients for fish snack with rice:

Rice
(Basmati Mix TM Mistral)

1 sachet.

Sprat
(in tomato, canned)

0.5 jar.

Nori
-
1 pc
-
Petiole celery
-
1 pc
-
Celery Leaf
-
Sesame
(white)
How to cook fish snack with rice step by step with photos

Boil the rice according to package directions - 15 minutes. |

Crush the sprat in the tomato with a fork. |
|
Cut celery into thin slices. |
|
Cut the nori into 3-4 cm thick strips. |
|
Place the nori in the lower half of the mold on a serving plate. |
|
Place the rice in the nori. |
|
Place sprats on top of the rice, take mold off. |
|
Twist celery slices into spiral shape, pierce with a skewer along with celery leaf, place skewer on appetizer, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve immediately! |
