Ingredients for fish snack with rice:


  • Rice (Basmati Mix TM Mistral) - 1 sachet.
  • Sprat (in tomato, canned) - 0.5 jar.
  • Nori - 1 pc
  • Petiole celery - 1 pc
  • Celery Leaf
  • Sesame (white)

How to cook fish snack with rice step by step with photos


Boil the rice according to package directions - 15 minutes.

Crush the sprat in the tomato with a fork.

Cut celery into thin slices.

Cut the nori into 3-4 cm thick strips.

Place the nori in the lower half of the mold on a serving plate.

Place the rice in the nori.

Place sprats on top of the rice, take mold off.

Twist celery slices into spiral shape, pierce with a skewer along with celery leaf, place skewer on appetizer, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately!
