Fish Tails appetizer
Ingredients for snack "fish tails":
- Rice - 100 g
- Canned fish (Sardine in oil) - 1 can.
- Chicken egg - 7 units
- Breadcake (waffle) - 1 unit.
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Salt (to taste)
Boil the rice.
Crush sardines with fork and butter.
Boil three hard boiled eggs, peel and chop on a coarse shredding drum.
Spread stuffing on waffle cake,
Cover with the second cake and press down. Cut ready cake into 8 parts, in corners.
Dip each corner in beaten up eggs and fry both sides in a pan with heated oil.
