How to cook forshmak in potatoes step by step with photos

1. Peel the potatoes. It is better to take the same kind of tubers, a little oblong. Use a special knife to cut out the center. For beauty, you can make more holes in it, with a pastry cutter. |

2. Steam the potatoes. |

3. Soak the loaf in milk or water. Grind herring, apple, onion and baton in a food processor. Normally, potatoes should be minced with a meat grinder, but I minced them with a food processor. |

4. Then add butter and grated egg yolk. Stir and season to taste. Put in the fridge. |
