How to cook shrimp fries step by step with photos

Add eggs to the milk, mix well and salt to taste. |

Dip shrimp in egg mixture. |

Then add flour. |

Then back into the egg mixture. |

Now coat the shrimp in breadcrumbs. |
|
Then put the lettuce on a plate. |

Fry the prawns in boiling oil for 2-3 minutes. It's important not to overcook them! |
