Ingredients for Shrimp Fries:


  • Shrimp - 100 g
  • Chicken egg - 2
  • Milk - 30 ml
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 3 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs / Breadcrumbs - 3 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves / Salad (Green lettuce leaves. To the size of your dish.)
  • Lemon - 0,5
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Ketchup - 4 tablespoon

How to cook shrimp fries step by step with photos


Add eggs to the milk, mix well and salt to taste.

Dip shrimp in egg mixture.

Then add flour.

Then back into the egg mixture.

Now coat the shrimp in breadcrumbs.

Then put the lettuce on a plate.

Fry the prawns in boiling oil for 2-3 minutes. It's important not to overcook them!

There they are!

Now we put the hot shrimps on the lettuce and drizzle with lemon juice. Top with olives and flank with lemon slices and ketchup. Enjoy!!
