Fried mullet

The red mullet, or plaice, as it is called, is a very tasty fish! I do not know her recipe better than this. Simple and delicious!

How to cook fried mullet step by step with photos

First you have to wash and clean the mussels (scales come off easily, I do it with my fingers, you can use a knife - just go over the scales once), rip off the belly, get rid of the insides. |

Mix flour with starch, salt and pepper. Dip fish in it.

Fry on a pan in hot oil on both sides until golden brown. |
|
Sprinkle ready fish on a plate, sprinkle with black pepper (fresh - straight from the mill)!), serve with greens and lemon.
