  • Wheat flour / Flour - 200 g
  • Starch - 50 g
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

How to cook fried mullet step by step with photos


First you have to wash and clean the mussels (scales come off easily, I do it with my fingers, you can use a knife - just go over the scales once), rip off the belly, get rid of the insides.

Mix flour with starch, salt and pepper. Dip fish in it.

Fry on a pan in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.

Sprinkle ready fish on a plate, sprinkle with black pepper (fresh - straight from the mill)!), serve with greens and lemon. Bon appetit!
