- Scallop - 1 kg
- Butter - 2 tablespoon

Defrost scallop meat. Season with salt (I got carried away, I didn't take a picture)
Melt butter in a pan
Put the scallops in the pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
I served it with homemade tartar sauce.
