Fried Shrimp in Aromatic Oil

Very tasty and aromatic snack! Great with beer. Hard to resist...
Ingredients for fried shrimp in aromatic oil:

Shrimp
(boiled - frozen)

Spices
(fish marinade set TM Forester)

2 tablespoon

Vegetable oil

3 tablespoon

Dill
(to taste)
How to cook fried shrimp in aromatic oil step by step with photos

Prepare aromatic oil in advance. Grind the spices from the Forester fish marinade kit in a coffee grinder. |

Mix spices with vegetable oil and leave for 24 hours to infuse. (it is possible to use such oil not only for shrimps, but also for any seafood and fish) |

Defrost the shrimp beforehand. Heat oil and spices in a frying pan. |
|
Fry boiled shrimp on both sides over medium-high heat! Heat until lightly golden. Make sure the spices don't burn. |
|
Serve shrimp sprinkled with dill greens. |
