Ingredients for fried shrimp in garlic butter:


  • Shrimp - 220 g
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Lemon juice - 1/8 glass
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parsley - 1/8 bunch.
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

How to cook fried shrimp in garlic oil step by step with photos


The spice list could, of course, be expanded. So, lemon/greens/peppers would be the basic version.

Melt 10 grams of butter over low heat. Squeeze out the garlic and roast it for about a minute.

Add shrimp and turn up the heat to medium. Cook for a few minutes, stirring.

Season with salt and pepper. Add butter (20g). Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add lemon juice and 2/3 of chopped parsley. Stir. Cook for a few minutes.

Serve with remaining parsley and lemon.
