Ingredients for the shrimp with garlic:


  • Shrimp (large) - 1 kg
  • Carrots (large) - 1 pc
  • Onion (large) - 1 pc
  • Dill - 1 bunch.
  • Bay leaf - 3 pcs
  • Black pepper (peas) - 10 units
  • Garlic (head) - 1 pc
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Salt - 2 tablespoon

How to cook garlic shrimp step by step with photos


Put carrots in water, onions cut in half, salt, pepper, dill stems. Cook for 15 minutes. Then we add shrimps and simmer for another 10 minutes. (if shrimps are frozen).

Remove shrimp with a slotted skimmer, dry them off a bit and place them on the boiling pan. Fry on both sides. When done, mince the garlic and dill and mix well.
