How to cook fish snack "Golden Delight" step by step with photos


If necessary, gut the fish, cut off the heads and tails, rinse, cut into 4-5 pieces.

Put it into a pot, add 20 grams of salt, mix well, throw 4-5 bay leaves and 10-15 pieces of black pepper, pour 1 cup of sunflower oil, turn on the heat.

Once the oil begins to boil, turn the heat down to its lowest setting, cover the pot partially with the lid, and... Forget about the stove for 2 hours. You will see when the dish is ready: the liquid in which the fish has been simmering becomes transparent again from a cloudy color.

Serve the fish cold. I cook the fish in the evening, let it cool overnight in the same pot, then the next day it's a great appetizer.
