Ingredients for herring "golden fish":


  • Herring (lightly salted filet) - 1 pc
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

How to cook herring "goldfish" step by step with photos


Peel herring. Fillet only.

Cut into portions and put them in a herring pan.

Fry onion in oil until golden brown.

Pour on top of the herring.

Fry carrots.

Serve them on top of the onions. All! You can eat it right away, but it tastes better when it cools down and the herring is soaked. Enjoy Enjoy.
