  • Tomato - 8 pcs
  • Cod - 300 g
  • Cucumber - 1 pc
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Champignons - 150 g
  • Lemon - 1/2 pc
  • Mayonnaise (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Shrimp - 8 pcs

How to cook cod gourmet step by step with photos


Boil the cod and cut into small cubes.

Boil mushrooms and finely chop them.

Crumble the egg.

Dice cucumber into small cubes.

Cut off the tops of tomatoes and take out the core.

Chop the flesh of the tomato, without the seeds and liquid.

Mix all the chopped ingredients.

Fill the tomatoes.

Squeeze a little lemon juice into each tomato and drizzle with mayonnaise. Place in refrigerator for 4-6 hours to allow all ingredients to soak in. Serve garnished with boiled shrimp.
