Ingredients for Grape and Cheese Salad:


  • Hard cheese - 150 g
  • Grapes (red, seedless) - 24 pcs
  • Tomato (large) - 1-2 pcs
  • Shrimps (boiled, peeled) - 250-300 g
  • Salad leaves / Salad (Leaves) - 1-2 pcs
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar (3 %) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook Grape and Cheese Salad step by step with photos


Cut tomatoes in rings and put them around the edge of the plate.

Cut lettuce leaves into strips and place them on the tomatoes.

Top with diced cheese and grape halves.

Fry shrimp in butter, cool and add on top of cheese and grapes. Mix the oil and vinegar and pour over the salad.
