Ingredients for gratinized mussels:

  • Mussels (in their shells, preferably already opened) - 12 pcs
  • Bread (ciabatta is best) - 70 g
  • Salt (1 pint) - 1
  • Ginger (0.5 cm) - 0,5
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Parmesan - 20 g
  • Parsley (small bunch) - 1

How to cook gratinized mussels step by step with photos

Rinse the mussels well

Dry ciabatta

Grind into coarse textured crumbs

Finely chop the garlic

Grate ginger on a fine grater and finely chop the parsley

Mix the grated ginger with the garlic, parsley and breadcrumbs, season with salt and a splash of olive oil

Sprinkle mussels on top of breadcrumbs

Grate Parmesan on fine grater and sprinkle over mussels

Bake in preheated 160 degrees oven for about 10-15 minutes
