  • Langoustine (I have langoustines) - 500 g
  • Soy sauce (TM Kikkoman) - 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Ginger (fresh 2 cm)
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon

How to cook grilled langoustines step by step with photos

Peel the langoustines, leaving the tails on.

Grate ginger on a fine grater. Grate garlic through a skewer.

Add honey and soy sauce (Kikkoman).

Stir to mix.

Mix langoustines with sauce. Let marinade for 1 hour.

Drain langoustines on a napkin. Brush with oil.

Heat a grill pan on high heat. Don't add more oil because you've oiled the langoustines. Fry the langoustines for 2 minutes on each side. Do not overcook it, because if you do, the meat will get tough. Serve.
