Cooked barbecued shrimp

Shrimp on skewers cooked in minutes, eaten even faster. I only had a few shrimp, so I put each one on a skewer.

Ingredients for grilled shrimp:

  • Shrimp (large) - 300 g
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper (to taste)

How to cook grilled shrimp step by step with photos

1. Peel and shrimp. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oil, lemon juice and pepper. Lemon juice, pepper and minced garlic. Stir in the marinade and leave for 10 to 15 minutes.

2. Thread each shrimp onto a bamboo skewer.

3. Grill on a rack for a few minutes on each side.
