Grilled Squid Stuffed Torpedoes

I picked up this recipe from Greek cooking and made it a little better for my taste.
Ingredients for "torpedoes"-Stuffed Grilled Squid:

(half an onion)

How to cook "torpedoes"-Stuffed grilled squid step by step with photos

Wash and peel the calamari. |

In a bowl mix together mushrooms fried with onion, finely chopped greens and grated cheese. Stir together. |

Fill calamari with this mass and pierce with toothpick. |
|
Roast on the grill over hot coals for 5-7 minutes. Otherwise the torpedoes will turn to rubber. |
