  • Hollandaise cheese - 60 g
  • Greens (onions, dill, lettuce, parsley) - 1 bunch.
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon
  • Tartlet - 7 pcs

How to cook herring snack step by step with photos


Peel herring of skin and bones and cut into cubes. Finely chop the eggs and dill, parsley and onion, chop the cheese on a coarse grater. Add mayonnaise and mix together. If the herring is heavily salted, it will need to soak in water or milk for 3-4 hours, changing the water periodically.
