- Herring (filet) - 300 g
- Carrots - 150 g
- Butter - 150 g
How to cook herring butter with carrots step by step with photos
Grate raw carrots on a fine grater. Cut herring fillets into slices.
Put carrots and herring in a blender. Grind until smooth.
Add the melted butter. It should be soft, but shouldn't run off the knife. Stir well to combine all ingredients. All done!
