How to cook herring chili step by step with photos
Fillet the herring, salt a little, cut the onion in half rings, grate the carrot |
Fry onion, when it begins to brown, add carrots and stew until tender. Add ketchup chili to your liking (I like it spicy, so I add a packet) you can add any ketchup and chili powder to taste. Soy sauce, I add soy sauce for wok vegetables from Kikkoman, mix everything up |
Hot roast (be sure it is hot) put in a mold as a thin layer, with herring cut into slices on top, put the roast on it, then herring again. The number of layers depends on the amount of herring and roast, 3-4 layers is optimal. Top with roast. Leave overnight and in the morning... Yum yum yum yum. Spicy, tangy, and delicious. Can be eaten warm or cold. |
