This herring spread would fit right in on the holiday table. Made it three days in a row. For three days I gave it to my friends and neighbors who came to visit. They all liked it very much. Put a hard-boiled egg and a pickle or a fresh cucumber on toast... Very tasty with coffee, vodka and champagne!!!

  • Herring (lightly salted) - 200 g
  • chicken egg (boiled) - 2 pcs
  • Cucumber (small) - 2 pcs
  • Onion (small) - 1 pc
  • Mayonnaise ("Maheev") - 3 tablespoon

How to cook herring spread step by step with photos

Ingredients - lightly salted herring, two pickled cucumbers, two boiled eggs, a small onion and mayonnaise. It is not necessary to keep the proportions.

Herring, peeled and sliced, boneless.

Shred herring, onion, eggs, cucumbers.

Add the mayonnaise. I added a little dried chopped dill. Stir again.

The spread is ready.
