  • Herring (250g) - 1 unit
  • Fish caviar / Caviar - 6 teaspoon
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Green onions
  • Mayonnaise

How to cook appetizer "herring in amber drops" step by step with photos


Remove herring fillets from oil, lightly pat dry. Cut in half lengthwise, roll up, pinch with skewers or a toothpick. Place on lettuce leaves.

Boil the eggs and finely chop them. Shred green onions finely, mix with eggs, add mayonnaise.

Put egg mixture into herring rolls, then put 1 teaspoon of red caviar on top. Bon appetit!
