Herring in butter

Very tasty dish with black bearded bread.
Ingredients for herring in butter:

Fillet of Fish

Onions
(marinated in lemon juice)

Butter

Chicken egg
(boiled)

4 units

Lemon juice
(juice of half lemon)

0,5 pcs
-
Green onions
(to taste)
-
Greens
(parsley, dill, to taste)
How to cook herring in butter step by step with photos

1. Mince butter and hard boiled egg. Season with salt, add lemon juice.
2. Finely chop herring fillets. Chop pickled onion finely too.
3. Grate herbs and mix together.
4. Pour greens in a square on clingfilm, and herring and onions on the greens.
5. Then put the butter and carefully smooth. Roll up the foil and put it in the fridge to freeze.
The butter must be good, as other butter will crumble. Enjoy!. |
