Herring rolls

Herring with potatoes mmm ... delicious!!! Snack roll.
Ingredients for herring rolls:

(parsley and dill)

(lightly salted)

Red onion

2 teaspoon
How to cook herring rolls step by step with photos

Fillet herring or buy ready made.
Boil and mash potatoes with butter. Add chopped shredded herbs and mix together.
I didn't salt potatoes since my herring was a little salty. |

Slice red onion into thin slices or half rings. Lightly scald with boiling water and pour lemon juice (1/ 4 lemons), let it marinade for at least 15 minutes.

Place herring fillets on clingfilm or a lined baking mat. Put mashed potatoes on top.

Roll up the potatoes. |

Cut the roll into 1 cm thick slices. |
|
Then put it on a plate, and put pickled onions on top.
The appetizer is ready! |
