Vegetable oil

How to cook herring sandwiches step by step with photos

These are the ingredients we need. |

Cut the crusts off the bread and cut each slice into 4 portions. |

Sear each slice on both sides with a little oil over medium heat. Do not overcook or they will be tough. |

Peel the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. Mix eggs, mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl. I advise you not to disregard the mustard, it adds a special flavor to the dish. |

Spread the mass on the bread. |
