Herring tartar with avocado and chili

A delicious version of herring appetizer.
Ingredients for herring tartare with avocado and chili:

How to cook herring tartare with avocado and chili step by step with photos

Remove head, guts, backbone, bones and skin from herring, cut into fillets and dice herring. |

Peel and peel the avocado.
Rinse and dice, drizzle with lemon.
Finely chop sweet onion, chili pepper, lettuce. |
|
Add herring to the vegetables. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and season with freshly ground black pepper. |
|
Arrange the tartar on a plate with a serving ring. |

Decorate with a boiled quail egg, a sprig of any herbs, serve with fresh crusty bread and a shot of misted ;)
