  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Hollandaise cheese - 30 g
  • Mayonnaise - 2 teaspoon
  • Mussels (in half shells) - 12 pcs
  • Hot red pepper - 4 g

How to cook mussels "hot stuff" step by step with photos


Defrost and rinse the mussels under running water. Grate cheese and garlic on a fine grater. Add ground hot pepper to mayonnaise and mix together.

Line a baking dish or tray with foil sheets. Arrange the mussels. Sprinkle a little mayonnaise sauce on each one, sprinkle with grated cheese and garlic,

Pinch the edges of foil so that they do not touch the mussels. Bake at 160-170 degrees for 30 minutes.
