  • Chili pepper (pickled) - 125 g
  • Tuna (or sardines in s?cs) - 85 g
  • Salmon (sliced thinly in strips) - 15 units
  • Anchovies - 2 pcs
  • Parmesan (grated) - 1 tablepoon
  • Cheese mass - 2 tablespoon
  • Capers - 1 tablepoon
  • Dried tomatoes (halves) - 2 pcs
  • Lemon juice (to taste)
  • Black pepper (ground to taste)
  • Basil (a few sprigs for decoration)

How to cook Hot pepper tuna appetizer step by step with photos

Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and anchovies. Mix in a bowl of tuna (drain liquid), capers, sliced tomatoes, anchovy fillets, cottage cheese cream, Parmesan. Pepper with ground black pepper, drizzle with lemon juice.

Mix well until homogeneous.

Cut peppers into slices and stuff with tuna curd mass. Wrap in thinly sliced strips of lightly salted salmon. Serve as an appetizer with strong aperitifs. Fans of spicy food will especially appreciate this snack.

In the original version, peel the stalk and remove the seeds. I use a medium hot pepper, not chili, so there's no need to remove the seeds and stalks.
