  • Pink salmon (hot smoked) - 250 g
  • Butter (approx.) - 100 g
  • Greens (dill)
  • Onions (medium) - 1 pc
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Spices (salt, pepper to taste)

How to cook Hot Smoked Pink Salmon Pate step by step with photos


Separate fish from bones and cut into pieces.

Coarsely chop onion and fry in vegetable oil.

Combine the fish, onion, softened butter and chop with a blender to a paste, beat with a wooden spatula until puffy.

Add finely chopped greens, salt and spices (if desired) and mix thoroughly. Chill until the butter has set.butter.
