  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • Adygei cheese (or any soft cheese) - 100 g
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoon
  • Butter - 20 g
  • Spices (salt, pepper) - 1 teaspoon
  • Ruccola (for decoration)
  • Dill
  • Pasta / Pasta (shells) - 250 g
  • Thyme (sprigs) - 2 pcs

How to cook Italian seashells "and the sea italiano" step by step with photos

Boil the pasta and eggs until fully cooked

When ready, add butter to the pasta so it won't dry out. The taste is not affected.

Chop the eggs, crab sticks and dill. Crush the cheese with a fork or grate it on a grater.
