How to cook dried pink salmon step by step with photos

1. Defrost and rinse the salmon, then cut into 3 cm thick strips. |

2. Mix the salt, sugar, parsley and marinate the fish pieces for 24 hours. |
|
3. Spread the marinated fish on the dehydrator trays in the oven lined with parchment. |
|
4. Set the temperature to 45°C and the time to 24 hours.
5. Let the fish cool in the fridge and put it in an airtight container. |

6. Serve with beer. |
