Ingredients for dried pink salmon:


  • Pink salmon (fillet on skin) - 1 kg
  • Salt - 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Parsley (dried) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook dried pink salmon step by step with photos


1. Defrost and rinse the salmon, then cut into 3 cm thick strips.

2. Mix the salt, sugar, parsley and marinate the fish pieces for 24 hours.

3. Spread the marinated fish on the dehydrator trays in the oven lined with parchment.
