Ingredients for dried pink salmon:

  • Pink salmon (fillet on skin) - 1 kg
  • Salt - 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Parsley (dried) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook dried pink salmon step by step with photos

1. Defrost and rinse the salmon, then cut into 3 cm thick strips.

2. Mix the salt, sugar, parsley and marinate the fish pieces for 24 hours.
