Kishinev-style forshmak

I learned to make this dish from my husband's relatives in Moldova. This recipe is not on the site. Try it!
Ingredients for a Chisinau-style forshmak:

How to cook fishmak from Kishinev step by step with photos

All right, let's get ready! |

Prepare the herring: take off skin and remove bones. |

Soak bun in milk and squeeze out,
Cut the apple into strips, add to the herring and milk and mince through a meat grinder (I used a blender). |

Boil the eggs, chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
Combine all the products, including butter and cheese (I take more - about 200-230 grams, but it's a matter of taste).
Whisk everything carefully and the most important thing is not to forget the mustard! |
