Lavash rolls with canned salmon

These rolls are great as a snack for all the winter and spring holidays. It's easy to make and tastes great!!

(boiled)

1 bunch.

Cucumber

How to cook pita rolls with canned salmon step by step with photos

Drain liquids from can of salmon. Place the contents in a bowl and strain with a fork, removing any large pips. Mix with the cottage cheese. |

Wash and pat dry lettuce on a towel. Peel and cut cucumber into julienne strips. |
|
Peel boiled eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. |
|
Unroll a sheet of pita on the table, spread the salmon filling all over the surface, top with capers and spinach leaves, then place sliced cucumber and eggs. |
|
Roll pita gently and firmly into a roll, then put in the fridge to serve. |
|
Before serving, cut the roll into slices, you can secure it with toothpicks.
