Ingredients for Lavash rolls with canned salmon

  • Pita - 1 pc
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 2 pcs
  • Cheese curd - 2 tablespoon
  • Capers - 2 tablespoon
  • Spinach - 1 bunch.
  • Cucumber - 1 pc

How to cook pita rolls with canned salmon step by step with photos

Drain liquids from can of salmon. Place the contents in a bowl and strain with a fork, removing any large pips. Mix with the cottage cheese.

Wash and pat dry lettuce on a towel. Peel and cut cucumber into julienne strips.

Peel boiled eggs and grate them on a coarse grater.

Unroll a sheet of pita on the table, spread the salmon filling all over the surface, top with capers and spinach leaves, then place sliced cucumber and eggs.

Roll pita gently and firmly into a roll, then put in the fridge to serve.
