  • Sausage cheese - 300 g
  • Cucumber - 1 pc
  • Lavash (thin) - 2 units
  • Greens (dill, parsley) - 2 bunch.
  • Mayonnaise

How to cook lavash with salmon, cucumber and cheese step by step with photos


Lay two pita breads on the table, spread mayonnaise on the top one.

Grate cheese on large grater and spread on pita.

Sprinkle with chopped greens. I slice the cucumber into thin strips, but this time I use a Korean-style grater. Cut the salmon in small slices. Place it and the cucumber on top of the cheese. Roll it up. Let's put it in the fridge for soaking overnight, wrapped in cling film.
