Ingredients for lemons with tuna salad:


  • Lemon - 4 pcs
  • Tuna (in its own juice) - 250 g
  • Bell pepper (red) - 1 pc
  • Olives - 20 pcs
  • Hollandaise Cheese (solid or semi-solid) - 100 g
  • Cream (33%) - 2 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 1/4 bunch.
  • Greens (to serve)

How to cook lemons with tuna salad step by step with photos


Wash the lemons thoroughly, cut off the tops, remove all the pulp with a spoon.

Finely chop the olives and bell peppers, then grate the cheese.

Crush tuna with fork and mix with olives, pepper and cheese.

Add chopped onion, cream and lemon juice.

Stir together.

Fill the lemons, cover with clingfilm and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Garnish with the herbs just before serving.
