  • Bay leaf - 3 pcs

I happen to be a lucky owner of a chilled coalfish. In our country it's the most amazing thing. I smoked it and canned it, it's all delicious. But I especially liked it salted. It is very simple and unpretentious to cut it: cut the head, remove the guts, wash under running water - and you can do whatever you want. We cut it into portions. It's easier that way.

And while we are cutting the fish we have marinade on the stove. All the ingredients are for 1 liter of water. Do not forget that we pour the vinegar in at the last moment, when the water has already begun to boil.

Let the marinade cool and pour over the salmon. Let it sit for 24 hours. And then... with a slice of aromatic black bread, yum!!!
