How to cook salted grayling step by step with photos
Peel, gut and wash the fish. |
Cut into small pieces about 1 cm thick. |
Cut the onions into rings. Sprinkle some salt on the bottom of the bowl and arrange our fish in a layer. Sprinkle salt, a little pepper on top, put onion rings and some chopped garlic. Grayling is a fish that can be spoiled by spices, so use a minimum of spices. |
Repeat layers. |
Cover fish and plate with a little crumbs. |
Leave at room temperature until ready to serve, about a day. |
We taste it in an hour or two. Enjoy!!! |
