This fish is made very fast! Even a beginner can do it... In the morning on a bread and butter - just great... It has a nice salty taste...

Ingredients for salted salmon:


  • Salmon (frozen) - 300 g
  • Salt (Full teaspoon.) - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar (teaspoon without topping.) - 1 teaspoon
  • Sweet peppercorn (to taste...)
  • Sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon

How to cook salted salmon step by step with photos


Wash fish. Dry it with a paper towel. Put in a bowl (I had a tray with a sealable lid)

Add 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil,1 tsp. 1 tsp salt,1 tsp. 1 tsp salt,1 tsp sugar, sprinkle with pepper...

Stir and leave in fridge for 3 days!... (You can stir it occasionally so that the salt is spread all over the fish)

In 3 days the fish is ready... Butter the bread and put the fish on top!!! ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!
