Mackerel Avocado Pate

Decided to make some pâté today. I have mackerel in the fridge, so this is how I made it!
Ingredients for the mackerel and avocado pate:
- Mackerel (Cold smoked, about 150g)
- Avocado - 1 pc
- Red onion - 1 pc
- Cheese cheese - 100 g
- Parsley
- Dill
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Chicken egg (boiled) - 2 pcs
- Black pepper
- Salt - to taste
- Majoran
- Basil
- Paprika sweet
- Balsamic - 1 tablespoon
How to cook mackerel and avocado pate step by step with photos

Chop onion and marinade in balsamic. |

Peel and pith the avocado, drizzle with lemon juice. |

In a blender put all the ingredients, add spices, seasonings, squeezed onions. |
