Ingredients for the mackerel and avocado pate:


  • Mackerel (Cold smoked, about 150g)
  • Avocado - 1 pc
  • Red onion - 1 pc
  • Cheese cheese - 100 g
  • Parsley
  • Dill
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 2 pcs
  • Black pepper
  • Salt - to taste
  • Majoran
  • Basil
  • Paprika sweet
  • Balsamic - 1 tablespoon

How to cook mackerel and avocado pate step by step with photos


Ingredients.

Chop onion and marinade in balsamic.

Peel and pith the avocado, drizzle with lemon juice.

In a blender put all the ingredients, add spices, seasonings, squeezed onions.

Beat until puree.
