  • Soy sauce (TM soy sauce "Kikkoman") - 50 ml
  • Salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper (peas) - 8 units
  • Allspice (peas) - 6 units
  • Cloves - 1 pc
  • Coriander (in grains) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water - 500 ml

Ingredients

Wash the fish, cut off the head, gut it and rinse it well

Cut into portions

Bring water to the boil, add spices, soy sauce "Kikkoman", Remove from heat and cool

Put the pieces of mackerel in a bowl and pour the cooled marinade, put it in the fridge for 24 hours (I have it mostly overnight)
