Mackerel in brine

I have once posted a recipe for salting mackerel, I want to offer another version of salting, but already in brine, like, a la mackerel smoked.
Ingredients for mackerel in brine:

(or 1,5 tbsp. spoon)

Mackerel
-
2-3 pcs

Salt

3 tablespoon

Black tea
-
2 tablespoon
-
Onion husk
-
2 handfuls.
How to cook mackerel in brine step by step with photos

Defrost and gut the mackerel. If you are salting fish with its head, be sure to remove the gills, because they make it bitter. |

Prepare brine, mix all ingredients (except fish) bring to the boil, let the brine cool under the lid. Strain.
Put fish in a glass or enamel bowl, pour brine on it.
In 2-3 days the fish is ready, just need to turn it a few times in the brine. |
