  • Lemon - 0.5 pc
  • Ginger (3 cm of fresh ginger root)
  • Soy sauce (TM Kikkoman Teriyaki) - 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar (no topping, can be left off if desired) - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander - to taste

How to cook mackerel in ginger-soy marinade step by step with photos


Products needed.

Fillet the mackerel and cut into small pieces.

Grate ginger root on a shredding drum.

Add lemon juice, sugar (ingredients to taste only) and soy sauce.
