Before Christmas (from the 24th to the 25th) I bought some salmon roe. We don't seem to eat it much, but my men didn't want caviar sandwiches. What to do with it? Eat it myself? There were mangoes in the fridge. ♪ I had a recipe in my head ♪. ♪ I had no idea of the end result ♪. But I risked it.

  • Mango - 2 pcs
  • Cream (35% heavy) - 150 g
  • Red caviar (salmon) - 300 g

How to cook mango with cream and red caviar step by step with photos


Mango, Caviar. Whipped cream.

Cut mango into two halves. Skim off the seeds. Spoon out a little of the pulp to remove more of the caviar.

Fill the mangoes with cream and arrange the caviar.

Fruits are big. The caviar fits all the way in.

Now for the result... One son wouldn't eat such a dessert. The other took the cream and caviar out of the mango and put it on a bun. My beloved Raja ate it all. I convinced him that this combination was good for men... I liked it a lot myself. I wanted more, but I ran out of caviar.
