Ingredients for marinated fish fillet:


  • Fish fillet (any kind, I made salmon) - 500 g
  • Vinegar (wine) - 120 g
  • Vegetable oil - 100 g
  • Tomato paste - 15 g
  • Sugar - 25 g
  • Spices (black pepper, red pepper, bay leaf, salt)
  • Onions - 100-150 g
  • Butter - 25 g
  • Almonds (for decoration)

How to cook pickled fish fillet step by step with photos


Slice fish, poach it (boil it for 5-10 minutes) in salted water.

Combine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, bay leaf, tomato and sugar, bring to the boil and leave to cool. Put fish slices and sprinkle with chopped onion rings in the marinade.

In 8-10 hours the fish is ready to eat. Garnish with butter-fried almonds.
