Ingredients for marinated fried pollock:

Fried fish

  • Pollack - 400 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - to taste


  • Onions (large) - 1 pc
  • Vinegar (6%) - 50 ml
  • Black pepper (under knife) - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Greens (coriander, parsley) - 1 bunch.
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

How to cook marinated roasted pollock step by step with photos

Rinse, remove fins, wash, dry. Slice into bite-sized pieces, lightly salt.

Heat a frying pan, add oil. Batter fish slices in flour.

Fry fish. Let cool slightly, then remove bones. In a container (glass, ceramic, enameled) mix onion feathers, both peppers, herbs, sugar and vinegar.

Divide the marinade into two parts, one to put on the bottom. Place fish fillets on it, top with the rest of the marinade.

Pour soy sauce over it and leave in the fridge for 12-24 hours.

Serve with potatoes or as an appetizer.
