Ingredients for marinated pike-perch:


  • Fish (weighed gutted) - 700 g
  • Carrots (large) - 2 pcs
  • Onions - 3 pcs
  • Tomato paste - 2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper (peas)
  • Bay leaf - 3 pcs
  • Water
  • Oil it in vegetable oil

How to cook pikeperch under marinade step by step with photos


Clean and gut pikeperch, cut into pieces

Boil the water (a little, the water should slightly cover the fish as a result of cooking), salt, add pepper and bay

Boil the fish for about 10 minutes
