  • Mascarpone - 200 g
  • Cream (30%) - 150 ml
  • Gelatin (sheet) - 6 pcs
  • Apple (small) - 1 pc
  • Dill - 50 g

How to cook mascarpone terrine with herring and apple step by step with photos


Whip cream to Soak gelatin in water
